My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry about that. Please email hello@prmefit.com with your order number and a few photos of the issue, and we'll make it right.
When will I receive my refund for returned items?
Once we receive your returned package, refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
